Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why our Global Support programme helps you set up and use our products, and offers free product replacement if you experience a problem with any of our products within the lifetime indicated on the packaging, regardless of the place of purchase or seller, and existence of original packaging or proof of purchase.

Many of our products come with an instruction manual, which includes information on assembly and installation, and demonstration videos are available by visiting the product pages. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us via the contact form.

If it turns out after the purchase that a part is missing or not included in the package, we will replace it free of charge.

Our return policy is simple and hassle-free. If one of our products malfunctions or you experience a problem, we'll replace it immediately and free of charge, regardless of the place of purchase and existence of receipt or original packaging.
